Before starting the Home Inspection business, I’ve seen many people purchase homes with no inspection performed and spend thousands of dollars making repairs after they purchased the homes. My goals are to provide you with the best customer service possible and be honest with my visual findings to help you make the best decision possible. I provide Standard Home Inspection for residential including Buyer Inspections, Pre-Listing Inspections, and Annual Maintenance Inspection for the areas, of Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Stanly, Union, and Rowan Counties to help you maintain your investment. I have invested in equipment to provide the most out of inspection for example the Crawlspace Inspection Robot that will enter areas that a man cannot reach and provides pictures of areas not accessible. This could show unseen damages or structural problems.
